THE VISUAL MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

Come experience a new phenomenon! Visual management is a system for organizational improvement that focuses attention on what is important and improves performance across the board. You will learn about this innovative concept from stories about real organizations that are using it, by actually experiencing some of its power first-hand, by practicing some of its tools and techniques, and by learning a step-by-step implementation process for visual management.

This workshop provides an in-depth overview of how to successfully implement an organizational transformation using the revolutionary concept known as Visual Management. This process combines the principles of strong leadership and management with fine arts principles to connect employees to the organization's mission and to focus attention on performance improvement.

This workshop provides the skills and knowledge necessary to transform an organization using visual management principles. First, participants will learn about the primary forces that are driving organizations to become more visual, then will engage in a series of exercises showing them how to think more visually. Next, they will be introduced to the overall models and tools that comprise visual management, particularly organizational design, human resources management, and fine arts. A core focus of the workshop is emphasis on the six-step process for planning and implementing Visual Management back home. Templates and tools will be provided that will enable participants to return home confident and excited about redesigning both their organizations and their physical workplace for enhanced performance. This workshop is highly interactive and experiential, and is noted for its high impact in terms of knowledge retention and skill application.
